Returning an Item
If you wish to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, products should:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Be returned in their original packaging where possible.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Please contact us before sending any items back so we can advise on the return process.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used when placing the order.
Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times may vary between payment providers.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or product-specific reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged.

Exchanges
